PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal clad laminated sheet containing no halogen and excellent in heat resistance, folding resistance and bending properties, and a printed wiring board. SOLUTION: The metal clad laminated sheet is constituted by laminating a metal foil and a base material through an interlaminar adhesive and the interlaminar adhesive is constituted of a biphenylaralkyl epoxy resin, a bisphenol type expoxy resin and a curing accelerator represented by the general formula (1) and further contains a curing agent.
