PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet reduced in the amount to be used of VOC, having the high bleed suppressing effect of a weather-resistant agent and developing excellent stability with the elapse of time even if used under a high temperature or humidity environment. SOLUTION: In the decorative sheet constituted by successively laminating a pattern layer, a transparent adhesive layer and a transparent polyester resin layer on a base material sheet comprising a polyolefinic resin or a polyester resin, at least one of those layers is formed of an aqueous composition.
