PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine permitting assembling a mechanism board to a middle frame firmly without being biased. SOLUTION: A middle frame side bracket piece is attached to the rear side of the middle frame, and a mechanism board side hook piece 90 is attached to the rear side of the mechanism board 30, and a lock pawl 92 of the mechanism board side hook piece 90 is engaged with an L-shaped engagement part of the middle frame side bracket piece without gap, so that the mechanism board 30 can be firmly fixed to the middle frame. Further, as the middle frame side bracket piece and the mechanism board side hook piece 90 are extended horizontally relative to the middle frame, the weight of the mechanism board 30 is evenly applied to the middle frame side bracket piece, long in the horizontal direction, and therefore, the mechanism board 30 can be assembled without being biased. In addition, since the mechanism board side hook piece 90 fixed to the mechanism board 30 is metal-made, and is fixed in the longitudinal direction of a horizontal extension part 30a of the mechanism board 30, the strength of the mechanism board 30 with a resin frame can be increased.
