PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm cylinder without requiring a pressure reducing means communicating with a third chamber disposed outside to facilitate the rolling of the diaphragm. SOLUTION: This diaphragm cylinder comprises a cylindrical cylinder, a piston to be inserted into the cylinder, and two diaphragms closely held on the outer surfaces of both ends of the piston and the inner surface of a prescribed region of the cylinder. The third chamber as a space in which the diaphragms roll, surrounded by the inner surface of the cylinder, the outer surface of the piston, and the two diaphragms, for sucking/spouting fluid by pressurizing/depressurizing independent chambers inside the cylinder by the reciprocation of the piston, is filled with a liquid member such as defoamed silicone; or the third chamber as the space in which the diaphragms roll, has a pouring port of the defoamed liquid member.
