PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the maintenance probability of each part of a cooking plate in addition to fully secured safety. SOLUTION: The cooking plate includes a cooking plate, a main body case detachably mounted with the cooking plate, an electric heater disposed on the inside of the main body case and heating the cooking plate by being brought into contact with the bottom surface of the cooking plate, and a heat insulating plate provided between the electric heater and the main body case. The electric heater is integrally attached with the upper part of the heat insulating plate through an electric heater-supporting member, and composed as a single unit structure so as to be detached from the main body case.
