A wall mounted martial arts breaking frame comprises a main frame, padding and two upright struts which are fixed to the wall. The breaking frame is attached to the struts and the height may be adjusted by loosening the adjusters and sliding the frame up and down the struts. The breaking boards are held at the front of the frame with an adjustable toe which allows a number of boards to be fitted in the frame. A central support is padded for safety. The frame is constructed of light weight materials. |
