A prosthetic implant comprises acrylic bag, fill access, and tube. The fill access provides access to an interior of the bag. The bag is secure to an exterior of the tube. Independent claims are included for: (1) telescoping reamer comprising reamer body, first extension sleeve, reamer containing reamer shaft, reamer head, and first guide mechanism; (2) unitube for maintaining access from incision to a bone comprising body with exterior and hollow interior, and securement mechanism; (3) reamer for forming cavity in bone comprising reamer shaft and reamer head; and (4) reamer and reamer guide combination comprising reamer containing reamer shaft, reamer head, and reamer guide containing tool housing, guide shaft, and actuator. |
