METHOD AND DEVICE FOR RECYCLING GAS

The gas is extracted directly from the chamber (2) into a compression stage (3, 4). At least one further compression stage is used when the chamber pressure falls below a threshold value. A multistage compressor, or series-connected compressors are used. Individual compression stages are fed directly, in accordance with the falling emptying pressure in the chamber. In the highest compression stage, the gas is compressed with the greatest compression power. The initial pressure of gas in the chamber is 6-60 bar, and in the high pressure vessel it is 8-62 bar. An Independent claim is included for a corresponding plant for use in the above method.
