The device for the storing and the drawing off of free flowing media, especially glue, lacquer, contact adhesive and solvents, has a drawing off vessel (20) with an opening for the drawing off of the liquid medium, and a storage vessel (10) with an opening (30) for the transfer of the medium from the storage vessel into the drawing off vessel. The storage vessel has an additional opening (11) for the filling of the storage vessel with the free flowing medium. A sealing element in the form of a lid (40) is provided to close off the additional opening.
