本发明为于金属氧化物所构成之母体结晶中,将发光中心之金属元素掺杂的微粒子,于其表面配位有机基,粒径小,与光穿透性媒体的亲和性、分散性高,且不会令来自光源所发出之光散乱的金属氧化物系萤光体微粒子、及其制造方法,利用其之金属氧化物系萤光体微粒子分散液,萤光变换膜,金属氧化物系萤光体微粒子之分离方法,萤光性液体,萤光性胶浆,萤光体及其制造方法与萤光变换体。
