微晶片之制造方法及其产品
摘要
一种微晶片之制造方法、以此制造方法所制成之微晶片,及应用此微晶片之检测方法。该制造方法是利用网版印刷将导电胶形成在基板上作为电极,再在基板、电极上利用微影制程形成一具有多数微流道的光阻层,最后将另一面板压贴在光阻层上,完成微晶片的制备。本发明以微影制程可精确形成任意形状分布之微流道,并以热压贴合将面板与基板藉光阻层连结,而可以快速、便宜、精确地制作出具有高灵敏度和选择比、微小化、低成本、低功率、高协调性之检测特性的微晶片,而适用于光学检测、电学检测与光电检测等领域。
