The invention consists in an electric sheath for the reduction of volume and weight, wherein the aim of the invention is to use said sheath in order to obtain a reduced temperature for electric resistors whose potential can be regulated by means of a thermoregulator which is installed in the connection cable, wherein the adipous tissue generally incorporated into the waist, muscles and buttocks is gradually reduced in a continuous manner, wherein retaining means are incorporated for adequate maintenance thereof in the area where incorporation occurs, in addition to an optical warning light on the thermoregulator, which indicates if the sheath is connected to an electric network system or not.
