The invention provides a pharmaceutical composition used for treating individual immunity recurrent spontaneous abortion, comprising therapeutics effective amount of substance which can decrease the level of antinuclear antibody in vivo. The substance especially is No2 chromosome separated from the said patient' s husband or thereof fragment comprising fibronectin encoding gene, or compound consisting of No2 chromosome separated from many male or thereof fragment comprising fibronectin encoding gene. The invention also discloses a method for treating immunity recurrent spontaneous abortion. |
