The present invention relates to substantially hydrated cement particulates. More particularly, the present invention relates to compositions comprising substantially hydrated cement particulates and associated methods of use in cementing and subterranean applications. These substantially hydrated cement particulates may be included in cement compositions and subterranean treatment fluids, inter alia, as carrier particles for admixtures, lost circulation materials, density-varying additives, proppants, and the like.
