The present invention relates to medical techniques. More particularly, the present invention relates to methods and apparatus for securing endovascular devices, such as grrrafts or stent-grafts, to the walls of blood vessels in direction from inside these vessels to their outer surface. There is suggested an endovascular apparatus used for delivery and fixation of grafts or stent-grats to the walls of blood vessels, substantially the aorta. The apparatus comprises: a tubular body, at least one detachable cartridge with at least with one (astener means, a holder at least for one detachable cartridge, a control mechanism, as well as a first, second and third connecting means. There is also suggested a method for delivery and fixation of a graff or stent-graf to the wall of a blood vessel from within the latter.
