SCHEME FOR SPREADING AND FACILITATING REMOTE E-SERVICES

Spreading e-services (e-government, e-commerce and e-payment) by introducing effective security and authentication mechanisms for remote e-services transactions, using new SIM cards associated with fixed line telephones and an invented SIM cards reader directly connectable to fixed telephone sets, or using mobile phones/ handheld devices with new SIM card inserted instead of normal cellular line SIM. Simplifying the use of e-services by availing it through IVR applications without the need for Personal Computers. Facilitating e-payments by introducing prepaid cards mechanism associated with, a central electronic banking account opened for each e-services subscriber. Prepaid cards with different and progressive values are used to deposit money into the electronic bank accounts and e-payments are processed as deductions from these accounts.
