A sealing roller system for packaging has a pair of sealing rollers (11), each mounted between two side frames (13, 14, 17, 18) and each linked at the rear by flexible bending strips (29) secured by threaded fasteners. The front edges of the support frame are fitted with threaded adjusters (37) which press the frames apart and bending the rear support strips, to vary the roller spacing. The bending strips are made of a material with a low thermal expansion coefficient.
