A printing plate processing apparatus enabling the easy change of the curvature (R) and bending angle of the lock pieces of a printing plate. The printing plate processing apparatus comprises bending units (7a) and (7b) positioning the printing plate (1) on a table (26) and forming the lock pieces on the top and bottom sides of the printing plate (1). The bending units (7a) and (7b) further comprise fixing bodies (19a) and (19b) disposed on the top and bottom sides of the printing plate (1) on the table (26) and fixing anvils (17a) and (17b), a retaining member pressingly fixing the printing plate (1) to the anvils (17a) and (17b), and bending bars (9a) and (9b) bending the printing plate (1). The plurality of anvils (17a) and (17c) with different curvatures (R) and/or bending angles are fitted to at least the one fixing body (19a) so that the one anvil (17a) can be selected according to the specified curvature (R) and/or bending angle of the lock pieces.
