Provided is a composition of a cosmetic and a manufacturing method thereof which has a mental stability and suppression effect, together with a skin health, in which at least one oil selected from the group consisting of rose otto, neroli, clary sage, geranium, chamomile roman, juniper berry, lavender, sandalwood, majoram, and ylang ylang, cypress, bergamot, frankincense, palmarosa, lemon, vetiver, spikenud, and almond, and the combination thereof all of which are known as substances efficacious for neuromental diseases among natural essential oils which are widely used for an aroma therapy is stably contained in a liquid or fluid cosmetic, using a conventional cosmetic composition. |
