LITIGATION LIFE BENEFIT (LLB) INSURANCE DISTRIBUTION PROCESS

The principals developed the concept of Litigation Life Benefit Insurance (LLB) .TM. to satisfy a risk management need expressed by the legal community, and to provide ancillary applications to insure the existing and future business of key (contingency) lawyers in a firm. The principals intend to introduce the Litigation Life Benefit insurance program to the Canadian market, and to facilitate its ongoing development an d acceptance. Such insurance has not previously been available in Canada. The applicants have invented the insurance concept and a unique process of delivery to the market.
