<p>When allocating a resource to each line, a table representing one-to-one correspondence between subscribers and lines is referenced so that the state of the other line owned by the same subscriber is reflected. The table is dynamically updated according to a new line request from a subscriber having a plurality of terminal devices and a change of a network condition such as load. Thus, in the subscriber network where one subscriber occupies a plurality of lines, it is possible to set a service condition for each subscriber. Moreover, the number of lines per subscriber is not limited to the number of lines mounted on one terminal.</p> |
