A U-shaped reflector (2a-d) opens in a direction (S) of beam. An edge area (7) protrudes outwards like a flange and fits on the reflector's opening edge so as to lie on a ceiling (5) or a wall. A fixing device (3) fastens on the reflector's rear side so as to grip a shoulder edge from behind on the opening's edge. A lockable operating element (12) adjusts the fixing device.
