<p>A process for producing a heat-resistant flexible laminate, wherein not only poor appearance but also occurrence of dimensional change can be effectively avoided; and a heat-resistant flexible laminate produced thereby. In the step of bonding together a heat-resistant adherent material and a metal foil by thermal laminating, a film protection material is disposed between, at the time of thermal laminating, a pressurized surface and the metal foil. At the bonding, the linear expansion coefficients at 200 to 300°C of the heat-resistant adherent material and film protection material are within the range of linear expansion coefficient of the metal foil ± 10 ppm/°C. As a result, not only can the occurrence of poor appearance be effectively avoided but also the dimensional change after etching can be satisfactory.</p> |
