The invention relates to the itraconazole hydrochloride, the preparation and the oral solid composition thereo£ The itraconazole can be onverted to its hydrochloride with an improved water-solubility by reacting with HCI gas in an organic solvent. The oral solid omposition can be obtained by mixing the above salt and suitable amount of cyclodextrin, in which the solubility and the bioavailablity of the active component is significantly improved.
