摘要 <p>An input current to a current/voltage conversion circuit (1) is converted, at an output terminal SAIN, into a voltage value and a differential amplifier circuit (5) performs differential amplification of that voltage based on a reference voltage Vref. PMOS/NMOS transistors T1/T2 are connected between the output terminal SAIN and a power supply voltage VCC. Current/voltage converting operation is carried out by conducting each transistor to precharge the output terminal SAIN with the power supply voltage VCC and then generating a voltage drop with the input current. A common data line N3 and a bit line are also precharged by supplying charges thereto while charging the output terminal SAIN with the power supply voltage VCC. A considerable wiring capacity from the output terminal SAIN to the bit line through the common data line is precharged utilizing the NMOS transistor T2 having a high current driving capacity and precharge up to the power supply voltage VCC can be dealt with by means of the PMOS transistor T1.</p>
