PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove the turbid water and solids remaining at a transfer plate by washing the transfer plate. SOLUTION: A turning shaft 311 is formed as a pipe to allow the passage of washing water and is provided with many comb teeth 314 communicated with the turning shaft 311 in order to wash and remove the liquid and slight solid-components of the crushed matter remaining at the transfer plate 310 and a draining board. These comb teeth 314 are embedded into a transfer section 312 and the front ends thereof are provided with plural injection ports 317 for injecting the washing water. The front ends of the comb teeth 314 constitute comb parts 313. These comb parts 313 inject the washing water at the time of the time the comb parts 313 pass between the elementary pieces 314 of the draining board, thereby washing the draining board and the transfer plate 310. |
