1. The method of producing multi-layered elements is designed especially for the production of floor carpets for delivery vans. In the first phase, a layer of PVC is heated in the device for the thermal formation until it reaches the state of plasticity. The PVC material enters into contact with the mould. It is characterised in that the first layer of the PVC material (1), with the dimensions larger at each side than the nominal dimensions, is located on the flat plate (2) with supports (3). After thermal formation, a shaped floor carpet (8) is placed on the lower mould (14) of the device for frothing (b) polyurethane foam under the third layer, made of PVC foil (25) cut to fit the dimensions of the floor carpet (8), which tightly adheres to the surface of the upper mould (13).
