he present invention provides a scales system for weighing patients in bed, i.e. a weighing system of the body weight of patients in horizontal position and consists of a carrier, a suspension belt of the carrier and weighing means. Such weighing means are the weighing bar, which features support legs. The weighing bar with the support legs are fitted over the patient and the legs are supported on either side of the patients, over the surface where the patient lies (e.g. the mattress). The carrier is fitted under the patient and weighing is effected by the suspension of the carrier along with the patient by the weighing bar. |
