<p>A stick with shock-absorber including: an elongated member associated with a movable member with the interposition of a shock-absorbing member; a means for activating and deactivating the shock-absorbing member and adapted to determine a first shock-absorbing condition and a second condition in which shock-absorbing is disabled.
