METHOD OF INSTALLING A STENT IN A SLEEVE

A device for compressing and pulling into the sleeve of a stent delivery system, in a pull direction along a long axis, a self-expanding stent which has a long axis which is coaxial with that of the delivery system. The pulling device includes a funnel to lead the stent into the sleeve, a pull structure to be received with the sleeve, a clamp to restrain the sleeve from following the stent and means to release the pull structure from the stent.
