摘要 12. The method of manufacturing a solid product out of a solid reaction substrate, characterised in that it contains a reaction pipe made of a heat-resisting material. The remote end is located in the vicinity of, and ensures communication with, the reservoir which provides the solid material, while the near end is located in the vicinity of, and ensures communication with, the reservoir which receives the product. Both the close and the remote ends are secured by the furnace housing in such a manner that the pipe is gas-proof in the combustion chamber. At least one bearer supports the reaction pipe between the remote end and the close end of the reaction pipe. The solid reaction substrate is introduced into the pipe. The solid reaction substrate is selected from the group of mineral ores, metal halides, metal carbides, metal carbonates, metal oxides, metal phosphates, metal sulphides and metal sulphates. The solid reaction substrate is moved through the pipe by a turning helical conveyor inside the pipe. The pipe is heated to the temperature required for the reaction of the solid reaction substrate to produce the solid product during the passage of the solid substrate through the pipe.
