A disposable diaper 1 is formed in one of front and rear waist regions 6, 7 with first wings 18 which are elastically stretchable in a waist-surrounding direction and these first wings 18 are provided on respective body facing surfaces 2 with first fastener means 23. The other waist region is provided on its undergarment facing surface 3 with, in addition to second fastener means 26, anti-slip zones 44 exhibiting a desired average kinetic frictional force relative to the body facing surface 2 of the first wings 18.
