<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily transplant a terminal display application to an image forming apparatus without the need for modifying the inside of the terminal display application capable of naturally displaying various images on an operation panel of the image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A reception FIFO queue 140 receives and stores data of a standard output of a terminal display application 130, outputs the received data in the received order, applies variable-length block comparison to a variable- length control code included in the received data, updates a stream position when recognizing a corresponding code, and instructs an image drawing processing section 114 in a prescribed timing to set an image drawing timing to a display section of the operation panel 160 depending on the state of the received data in the reception FIFO queue. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
