1. A method of obtaining mouldable pyrotechnical lighting, signalling and smoke-generating mixtures, characterised in that first a premix masterbatch of fine-crystalline oxidant with liquid butadiene-carboxyl-nitril rubbber, plasticised with dioctyl adipinate. The mixture contains: 75 - 77 percent by mass of fine-crystalline oxidant, 15 - 16 percent by mass of liquid butadiene-carboxyl-nitril rubber, and 8 - 9 percent by mass of dioctyl adipinate. Then, 4-12 percent by mass, with respect to the premix mass, of liquid epoxy resin is introduced into the premix masterbatch. After heating and mixing it, the following substances are introduced: in the case of lighting and signalling mixtures: 20 percent by mass, with respect to the mass of the entire mixture, of pulverised aluminium-magnesium alloy; in the case of smoke-generating mixtures: 1-3 percent by mass, with respect to the mass of the entire mixture, of iron oxide red, at least 15 percent by mass, with respect to the mass of the entire mixture, of anthracene and (or) biphenyl. The substance is mixed at the temperature of 30 - 80 degrees Celsius. 0.5-1-percent by mass, with respect to the mass of the entire mixture, of aluminium oxide is added. The entire mixture is mixed at the temperature of 30-80 degrees Celsius, until a homogenous mass is obtained. |
