Topical composition comprising a storage-stable mixture of a benzoyl peroxide dispersion and clindamycin or pharmaceutically acceptable salts or esters thereof for treating a bacterial disorder other than acne. These methods also contemplate the reduction or elimination of particular bacteria from affected skin areas, thereby reducing skin lesions or infections.
