A preparation containing a basic, physiologically active substance and an enteric polymer. It enables the physiologically active substance to have improved releasability in the intestinal tract. The basic-drug- containing preparation contains one or more electrolytes to thereby reduce the release-inhibitive effect of the enteric polymer on the basic, physiologically active substance.
