<p>The invention relates to a process for preparing solid melamine by depressurizing the liquid melamine containing ammonia, which is mixed with an excess of ammonia when there is formed a dispersion which is possibly aged under the ammonia pressure, then the dispersion is depressurized, when the solid melamine precipitates this is possibly aged under the pressure generated by ammonia and, after that, optionally, in any desired order, there is continued the depressurization up to the atmospheric pressure and the cooling up to the room temperature and the pure melamine is isolated.</p> |
