A multi-layered sheet which has a first substrate layer (11), an adhesive layer (12), a gas barrier layer (13), an adhesive layer (14), a second substrate layer (15), a cohesive failure resin layer (16), a non-cohesive failure layer (17), wherein the non- cohesive failure layer (17) contains a polypropylene based resin having a melting point of 140°C or higher, has a thickness of 7 to 40 mum, and has a cut portion (35) formed in a circular form; and a container (3) manufactured by thermally forming the multi-layered sheet in such a manner that the non-cohesive failure layer (17) is positioned on the surface side of the inside of the container. |
