TOY AIR GUN

The design consists of the features of shape, ornament, pattern and configuration of the entire TOY AIR GUN. In particular, the novel and distinctive features of the TOY AIR GUN include the three tiered body, which tapers towards the rear. The top and bottom of the body display slightly outward extending elements which curve around the body of the TOY AIR GUN and comprise a generally trapezoidal bottom portion, having a generally triangular indented portion, continuous with an upper portion which is generally triangular but having two smaller side peaks each of which displays a generally triangular indented portion. The aforementioned element on the top surface of the TOY AIR GUN displays a generally circular indented portion having a generally outward extending circular element. The element on the bottom portion of the TOY AIR GUN displays an outward extending generally tubular handle element and three generally circular indented portions encompassing flat-topped circular elements each having a linear indented portion across the diameter of the circle. In front view the TOY AIR GUN displays an inset central circular portion from which extends outward to the front rim of the gun, a translucent generally circular amorphous element.
