The invention relates to a method and arrangement for realizing a voice message in a simple and economic manner. In the method according to the invention, there is first made a request for establishing a connection with the receiving device. In case an attempt for establishing a connection fails, there is automatically started a multimedia messaging service (MMS) and the recording function of a sound clip is activated. Thereafter the desired voice message is recorded, and the message is attached as a sound clip in the multimedia message. The created multimedia message is transmitted to the receiver who was not reached. |
