FIELD: production of construction materials used in corrosive medium, for example, technical means for animal keeping, in particular, for closing of slurry channel. ^ SUBSTANCE: grid is made in the form of rectangular plate with transverse slotted through openings arranged in row in parallel with short side of plate. Rectangular plate is made from thermoplastic composite and is provided with metal frame manufactured from steel strip of rectangular section set within composite. Each side of frame is arranged intermediate openings and plate edges. Wide side of frame steel strip is perpendicular to plate plane, and slotted openings in plate are beveled to an angle of 3-5°. Plate is made from mixture comprising, wt%: ground polyethylene wastes 30-35; small-grained construction sand with size modulus of 1-2 65-70. Press mold for manufacture of grid has lower and upper halves. Lower mold half is provided with protrusions for mounting of metal frame and upper mold half is provided with stops disposed so as to bend metal frame longitudinally to the extent below value exceeding frame elastic deformation modulus. ^ EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation, prolonged service life and reduced costs of manure removal procedure. ^ 5 cl, 4 dwg |
