FIELD: manufacture of building materials; manufacture of micro-filled cement composites for control of cement-and-sand and fine-grained concrete mixes. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method may be used for manufacture of compact thin-walled articles by filtration molding. Proposed method includes preparation of composite binder, mixing concrete ingredients with water and molding by filtration molding; composite binder contains cement in the amount of 10-15% of mass of cement of ultradispersed filler-carbonate sludge-finely-dispersed mineral powder formed as deposit in the course of reagent treatment of industrial waste water; molding is continued for 3 min at pressure of 10 Mpa; molded article is kept under definite air-and-moisture conditions for 7 days. ^ EFFECT: considerable improvement of deformative characteristics at all stages of solidification of cement-and-sand mixes; improved physico-mechanical properties of cement-and-sand specimens. ^ 1 tbl |
