FIELD: production of plastic bottles for alcohol-free beverage industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has covering applying unit comprising at least one portion of conveyance tract for bottle conveying devices, bottle holder in each of bottle conveying device, bottle-holder closing members cooperating with bottle conveying devices, each of bottle-holder closing members being disposed for movement between inoperative position and closing position, and bottle probe adapted for detecting availability or absence of bottle from bottle-holder and cooperating actuating mechanism for closing members. Closing members are disposed directly on bottle conveying devices to be oriented to bottle-holders. Apparatus has bottle conveyance means comprising bottle-holder and conveyance links acting upon conveyance tract. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency of apparatus for applying coverings on bottles and related bottle conveying means. ^ 15 cl, 4 dwg |
