FIELD: elementoorganic synthesis. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention provides a method for preparation of organosilylalkyl-polysulfanes of general formula (R1R2R3SiR4)2Sx (I), wherein R1, R2, R3, identical or different, represent branched or unbranched alkyl and/or alkoxy groups with 1-8 chain carbon atoms, aryl residues, provided that at least one of R1, R2, R3 represents alkoxy group; R4 represents C1-C8-alkylene group; and x=2-6, which consists in reaction of corresponding organosilylalkyl halide with anhydrous or essentially anhydrous ionic sulfide and elementary sulfur.
