The leaf has a steel set formed by assembling two tubular horizontal rails and proximal and distal tubular vertical posts (5, 6). Each rail is connected to the corresponding post by being engaged in an opening in a wall (6b) inside the set of each post. Each rail is fixed in the relating post by a wedging pin (B) integrated and extending into the post. The pin traverses on both sides of each rail and is engaged in drillings in the rail.
