PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner for ships capable of shortening the time required to design the layout in an accommodation, reducing the manufacturing cost by omitting a decorative cover to cover a fan coil unit, and circulating more fresh air into the accommodation.

SOLUTION: In the air-conditioner for ships, a fan coil unit 4 to perform heat exchange between air blown into an accommodation A and the refrigerant is provided on a back side of a unit lavatory L provided in the accommodation A.
