The system has a printed circuit, a microprocessor, a memory integrated with the microprocessor and input/output ports. A global system for mobile communication (GSM) module (3) receives or sends ring tones on a data channel towards a computerized call center (1). The center identifies a user of an electric system of a vehicle, using a database which has telephone number and name of the user and retransmits the tones to the user. An independent claim is also included for an information transmission method implemented in a transmission device.
