A dendrite elongation inhibitor for melanocytes which comprises a compound represented by the following general formula (1) and/or a salt thereof; and a skin preparation for external use which contains the compound or salt as an active ingredient. General formula (1) (In the formula, R1, R2, and R 3 each independently represents C1-4 alkyl or hydrogen.)
