New double secondary para-phenylenediamines and hair dye composition comprising them. - The para-phenylenediamines are of Formula (I) - R = 1-2C alkyl or alkoxy; - m = integer 0-4; - n = integer 1-3; - Most preferably - m = 0; - n = 2 - Independent claims are included for - (1) a method of oxidation dyeing of keratinic matter by applying the claimed composition; and - (2) a device comprising several compartments, one of which contains the claimed composition and the other an oxidizing agent.
