In a method for production of a self-adhesive article a thermally- conducting adhesive mass containing acrylate is coated on a support in a hot-melt coating method with stretching or orientation such that an anisotropic thermally-conducting layer with a back-shrinkage of at least 3 % measured on the free adhesive mass film is generated. Stampings for use in the electrical and electronic industries can be produced from said material.
